目的探讨125I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗失败病例的疗效及副反应。方法回顾性分析放化疗失败的恶性肿瘤患者,经皮穿刺或术中直视下将125I粒子永久性植入瘤床,随访血常规、症状、体征,B超或CT观察肿瘤变化情况及粒子分布情况等。结果共治疗2例3人次,肿块明显缩小,症状明显改善,溃疡面愈合,未见粒子移位,血象未见明显下降。结论125I粒子组织间永久性植入为放化疗失败病例提供了一种新的治疗方法,近期疗效确切,毒副反应小,可弥补放化疗治疗的不足。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and side effects of 125I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant tumor with failed radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The patients with malignant tumor who had failed radiotherapy and chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. The 125I seeds were permanently implanted into the tumor bed by percutaneous puncture or intraoperative direct observation. The changes of tumor and the distribution of the tumor were observed with blood routine, symptoms, signs, B ultrasound or CT Situation and so on. Results A total of 2 cases were treated 3 times, the tumor was significantly reduced, the symptoms were significantly improved, the ulcer surface healing, no particle displacement, blood no significant decline. Conclusion The permanent implantation of 125I seeds provides a new treatment for the patients with failed radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The recent curative effect is definite and the side effects are small, which can make up for the lack of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
