党的十八大报告分别从国家、社会和公民三个层面将社会主义核心价值观高度概括为:富强、民主、文明、和谐;自由、平等、公正、法治;爱国、敬业、诚信、友善。其中富强、民主、文明、和谐是我国在社会主义初级阶段的奋斗目标,切实地反映了新时代下全国人民的价值取向和现实需求,体现了社会主义核心价值观在发展目标上的规定,是立足国家层面提出的要求。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress comprehensively summarized the core values of socialism as: prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony; freedom, equality, fairness and rule of law; patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness from the three levels of state, society and citizen respectively. Among them, the prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious are the objectives of our country’s struggle in the primary stage of socialism, which truly reflect the values and real needs of the people throughout the country in the new era. They reflect the stipulations on the development goals of the socialist core values and are based on Requirements at the national level.
