Our Journal on November 13, a period of 8 days “The Sixth Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province, the five provinces and regions Arts Festival ” ended in Lanzhou. The current Shaanxi Opera Festival by the Chinese Dramatists Association, Gansu Provincial Department of Culture, Gansu Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd. hosted. This is the fourth time that the Shaanxi Opera Festival was held in Gansu. The festival of Qin Dynasty is an art event for the people of the five provinces in northwestern China. It shows the achievements of the Qin Dynasty’s art creation in recent years, further enhances the cultural exchanges among the five provinces and municipalities in northwestern China, enriches the cultural life of the masses and expands the influence of traditional culture and arts, which is of great importance significance. During the Shaanxi Opera Festival, Shaanxi famous artists from Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia and Gansu made their debut, offering 10 sets of unique operas for the majority of fans.
