目的观察肾康注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功的改善情况.方法选择我院慢性肾衰竭患者60例,随机分成两组,治疗组(n=30)用肾康注射液80ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中,静滴1次/日,连续4周;对照组(n=30)不予上述治疗.记录两组治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(Bun)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化情况.结果治疗组Scr及Bun较治疗前下降,而Ccr较治疗前升高.结论肾康注射液对慢性肾衰具有明显疗效.“,”Objective To observe the Shenkang injection to improve renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.
