目的:研究复方消炎散中冰片和姜黄的薄层色谱鉴别,以提高完善复方消炎散质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法,在硅胶G薄层板上,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯(17∶3)为展开剂对冰片进行鉴别;以三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(96∶4∶0.7)对姜黄进行鉴别。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性良好。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方消炎散的质量控制。
Objective: To study the TLC identification of compound Xiaoyan San borneol and turmeric in order to improve the quality standard of compound Xiaoyan San. Methods: The borneol was identified by thin layer chromatography on silica gel G plate with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate (17: 3) as developing solvent. Chloroform-methanol-formic acid 0.7) to identify turmeric. Results: TLC chromatogram spots clear, specific, reproducible. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of compound anti-inflammatory powder.
