刘×,男,42岁。左眼在3年前因眶上缘凹陷处脂肪组织缺乏,在某医院注入硅胶油填补其眶上凹处达到美容的目的。注射后病人较为满意。可是在最近半年多,原注射处逐渐隆起,硬而呈条状,明显高出于右眼,上睑上提也受影响,来本院求治。检查:右眼视力1.0,眼睑及眼球均无异常。左眼视力1.0,上眼睑明显呈条状隆起,扪时较硬。上睑上举不全呈下垂状较健眼低3mm,眼球上转也较健眼低2—3mm,向其他方向活动
