随着现代科技水平发展和全球化时代的到来,英语听力技能在语言交流中愈显重要。大学英语教学目的不仅仅是培养学生用英语获取信息的能力,而应更注重培养用英语进行信息交流的能力。在“听说读写”四种语言技能中,听力是交流的基础,它为学习者提供语言输入,提高学生英语听说能力已成为我国英语教学的主要目标。本文阐述了我国英语听力的教研现状,总结了大学英语听力教学中的经验教训,这对我国大学英语听力教学具有一定的现实指导意义,并指出了听力教学在未来的发展趋势。
With the development of modern science and technology and the arrival of globalization, English listening skills become more and more important in language exchange. The purpose of college English teaching is not only to cultivate students’ ability to obtain information in English, but to cultivate their ability to exchange information in English. Listening is the basis of communication among the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. It provides learners with language input and improves students’ listening and speaking ability in English. It has become the main goal of English teaching in our country. This article expounds the current situation of teaching and research of English listening comprehension in our country, sums up the experience and lessons in the teaching of college English listening comprehension, which has some practical guiding significance to our college English listening teaching and points out the developing tendency of listening teaching in the future.
