目的探索灭蚊真菌Pythiumsp.GY1938菌株凝胶剂剂型的制备方案。方法根据蚊虫的变态发育特点和Pythiumsp.GY1938菌株的生物学特性,结合保藏、运输和使用的便捷性,以含海藻糖抗逆保护剂的1/2KPYG2定型固体培养基为载体、以菌丝体为活性物质,加工制成“菌丝体-1/4KPYG2凝胶剂”新剂型,在实验室和模拟野外环境下观察其灭蚊效果。结果在实验室和模拟野外环境,每100ml水体使用2块1.51.5×1.0cm3凝胶剂,7d致倦库蚊幼虫致死率均可达到28%。4~8℃条件下凝胶剂品相稳定,储存6个月药效无明显变化。结论 Pythiumsp.GY1938菌株“菌丝体-1/4KPYG2凝胶剂”具有杀灭蚊幼虫作用。该凝胶剂生产工艺简单,独立包装,贮存方便,使用时不需要专用器械,拆开包装袋直接投放或捏碎后投入水体中,不污染环境,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To explore the preparation of gel formulations of Pythium sp. GY1938 strain. Methods Based on the metamorphosis characteristics of mosquitoes and the biological characteristics of Pythium sp. GY1938 strain, combined with the convenience of preservation, transportation and use, 1 / 2KPYG2 solid medium containing trehalose as antiprotecting agent was used as carrier, mycelium The active substance was processed into a new “mycelium-1 / 4KPYG2 gel” formulation and its anti-mosquito effect was observed under laboratory and simulated field conditions. Results In laboratory and simulated field environment, two 1.51.5 × 1.0 cm3 gels were used per 100 ml of water body, and the mortality of Culex pipiens pallens could reach 28% after 7 days. Under the condition of 4 ~ 8 ℃, the gelatin phase is stable, and there is no significant change in pharmacodynamics after 6 months of storage. Conclusion Pythium sp. GY1938 strain “mycelium-1 / 4KPYG2 gel” has the effect of killing mosquito larvae. The gelling agent has the advantages of simple production process, independent packaging and convenient storage, and does not require special instruments when used. The utility model can be put into the water body directly after being disassembled or crushed, which does not pollute the environment and has good application prospect.
