伴随着信息技术和现代通讯设备的快速发展,电脑、手机等电子产品得以全面普及,在此社会大环境下,人们的交流方式、学习方式都发生了巨大变化,中小学生的汉字书写能力日渐削弱,实为令人担忧。针对此种情况,我国教育部颁布了针对性文件,其中明确提出要加强中小学书法教育。所以,以小学书法教学为研究对象,具体从四个方面诠释了“如何在小学全面开展书法教学”这一论题。
