新常态下,煤炭企业广大领导干部紧紧围绕企业中心工作,锐意进取,扎实奋斗,各项工作取得了新进展,但也有部分干部由于环境和自身条件所限,在思想和业务等方面暴露出一些问题,如年龄偏大,理论基础不高;思想老化,危机认识不足;业务单一,挑战风险不强等,阻碍了企业转型升级的步伐。因此,提高煤炭企业管理干部的综合素质,不仅是干部自身成长的需要,也是推动企业又好又快发展、适应当前形势的需要。
