为了鉴定Bt乳剂生物农药防治棉田二代棉铃虫效果,1988年我省在肥乡县、临漳县、成安县、曲周县进行了利用复方Bt乳剂防治棉田二代棉铃虫大面积示范(3.94万亩),取得了较好的防治效果,并且起到了明显控制棉伏蚜的作用。实践证明,用Bt乳剂防治二代棉铃虫比使用化学农药每亩可节省农药费4元左右,并可减少污染,保持农田生态,为防治二代棉铃虫开辟一条新途径。所用Bt乳剂是湖北省农科院微生物实验工厂生产的复方Bt乳剂(含活孢子量120亿/ml),使用浓度是200—250倍液,在二代棉铃虫卵盛期每亩喷药液50公斤。施药后通过定点定株调查如下: 1.使用复方Bt乳剂防治棉田二代棉铃虫,一般防治效果都在60—80%,最高可达90%。其效果虽比用杀灭菊酯2000倍液或溴氰菊酯2500倍液防
In order to identify the effect of Bt emulsion biopesticide in controlling cotton bollworm in cotton field, in 1988 we carried out a large-scale demonstration of the use of compound Bt emulsion to control the second generation cotton bollworm in cotton fields in Feixiang County, Linzhang County, Cheng’an County and Quzhou County Mu), and achieved good control effect, and played a significant role in cotton aphid control. Practice has proved that the use of Bt emulsion to prevent second-generation cotton bollworm than using chemical pesticides per acre can save pesticide costs about 4 yuan, and can reduce pollution and maintain farmland ecology, to prevent and control of the second generation of cotton bollworm to open up a new way. The Bt emulsion used is the compound Bt emulsion (containing 12 million / ml live spores) produced by Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences Microbiological Experimental Factory.
