目的:观察葛根芩连汤对小儿慢性牙周炎患者牙周组织IL-1β水平的影响.方法:选取2014年12月至2016年12在本院接受治疗的慢性牙周炎患者70例,将70例慢性牙周炎患者分为两组,对照组35例,观察组35例.对照组里的患者给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予葛根芩连汤,对比两组患者治疗前后附着水平、茵斑指数的水平和探诊深度;检测患者的龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6水平和患者的血清.结果:观察组总有效率为94.29％,对照组的总有效率71.43％,观察组显著高于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(X2 =6.437,P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后的附着水平、探诊深度、茵斑指数明显下降(P＜0.05),治疗后的探诊深度、附着水平、茵斑指数,对照组明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6水平和血清显著降低(P＜0.05),治疗后的龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6水平和血清,对照组明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:慢性牙周炎患者的IL-1β水平能通过葛根芩连汤显著降低,从而减轻炎性反应,提高患者的治疗效果.“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of Gegen Qianlian Decoction on periodontal tissue IL-1β in children with chronic periodontitis.Methods:70patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from December 2014to December 2016were divided into two groups:controlled group (35cases) and observation group (35cases).The patients in the controlled group were treated with periodontal basis.The observation group was given Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,and the levels of plaque and plaque index were compared before and after treatment.The gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,IL-6levels and serum of patients was detected.Results:The total effective rate was 94.29％ in the observation group and 71.43％ in the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.437,P＜0.05) in the observation group and the observation group (P＜0.05).The depth of treatment,the level of attachment,the plaque index and the controlled group were significantly higher than those of the observation group (P＜0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of IL-1β and IL-6in the gingival crevicular fluid after treatment were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05),and the levels of IL-1β and IL-6in the gingival crevicular fluid were significantly lower than those in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:IL-1β levels in patients with chronic periodontitis can be significantly reduced by Gegen Qinlian Decoction,thereby can reduce the inflammatory response and improve the treatment of patients.
