通过应用MotionView/MotionSolve软件建立登机门刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,分析得到了登机门机构初始设计的基本性能,找出了登机门机构初始设计外手柄开启力过大的缺陷;应用HyperStudy对机构交点进行优化,优化后外手柄开启力下降了31.4%,优化效果非常明显;机构分析和优化流程和方法可以为后续舱门优化设计提供经验,有助于提高产品设计水平,缩短产品研发周期。
Through the application of MotionView / MotionSolve software, the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model of boarding gate was established. The basic performance of the initial design of boarding gate mechanism was analyzed and the defect that the opening force of the handle was too large was found. After optimization, the opening force of the outer handle is reduced by 31.4% with HyperStudy, and the optimization effect is very obvious. The mechanism analysis and optimization process and method can provide experience for the subsequent door-opening optimization design, which helps to improve the product design level and shorten the design time Product development cycle.
