黑龙江省的防治沙眼、防治盲人工作,在党的领导和关怀下取得了一定的成就。特别是在两次防治沙眼现场会议以后,这一工作在全省普遍地开展来起,到1960年底企省就手术治疗重眼病人和盲人十七万余人。1961年以后,哈医大眼科教研组和省眼病防治所继续利用冬季农闲季节,组织巡回医疗队深入县及公社进行眼病防治和培养干部工作。1964年8月又在省卫生厅的领导下,开办了眼科医师进修班,现在第一班已经结业,第二班也即将到农村去进行防治眼病的实习。1964年冬1965年春结合农村防治眼病,对我省
