In this paper, Dermatophagoldes pterony-ssinus and Hirstir domicola were taken as the representative species for the first time to observe the dynamic changes of their life history in the natural environment and to understand the laws of their life history for the further research data. MATERIALS AND METHODS The vacuum cleaner was used every four weeks to collect the dust samples of the residents and inn’s mattresses, pillows and couches, and to separate the live mites and the sealed ones.
