随着机械工业的飞速发展,对各种原材料提出了越来越高的要求,特别是铸造零件,希望毛坯材质好,废品率低,加工量小。而铸件本身的多气孔、多砂眼、涨箱多肉,成为广大技术人员为之头疼的难题。铸铁连续铸造型材解决了这一难题。国外已广泛使用这种型材,并取得了很好效益。沈阳球墨铸铁厂从瑞士引进了我国第一条连续铸造型材生产线,该生产线可以连续铸造各种截面的灰铁或球铁型材铸棒。
