随着经济不断发展,社会不断进步,家政服务业更加受到社会的重视,成为必不可少的一个行业。目前,家政服务不规范、从业人员素质参差不齐,不少家庭的家政服务需求难以得到满足。究其主要原因:从业人员素质低、家政服务行业管理不规范是主要问题。很多家政或中介公司在未弄清楚保姆真实身份、健康状况、家政服务熟练程度的情况下,让保姆匆忙上阵,导致出现家政服务中介市场缺乏有效监管、缺乏职业道德。针对以上现状,学院建立家政培训中心,培训,就业,一条龙服务。
