工业与民用建筑工程管理工作贯穿于整个项目实施过程中,工程施工质量的管理水平对于整个工程的质量有至关重要的影响。现阶段我国的施工管理水平还存在一定的问题,施工单位和相关人员要对此引起足够的重视,做到及时发现及时解决。本文主要介绍了工业与民用建筑工程管理存在的问题,并结合实际提出了加强工业与民用建筑工程管理的有效对策,以此提升工业与民用建筑的整体质量。
The management of industrial and civil construction projects runs through the entire project implementation process. The management level of construction quality is of crucial importance to the quality of the whole project. At this stage, there are still some problems in construction management level in our country. Construction units and related personnel should pay enough attention to this problem so that they can be promptly solved in time. This article mainly introduces the existing problems in the management of industrial and civil construction projects and puts forward some effective countermeasures to strengthen the management of industrial and civil construction projects in order to improve the overall quality of industrial and civil construction.
