我国教师权利的法律救济制度近年来呈现出了一些问题,我们要重新审视其现状,积极采取有关措施,逐渐建立健全一套较为完善的教师权利法律救济制度。
In recent years, the legal relief system for teachers ’rights in our country has shown some problems. We should re-examine the status quo and actively take relevant measures to gradually establish and improve a set of relatively perfect legal remedy system for teachers’ rights.
