基于实践教学对于培养应用型本科财务管理专业人才的重要性,剖析了应用型本科高校财务管理专业实践教学存在的问题,如思想上不重视、实验条件比较差、实践教学课程建设滞后、实践教学内容不合理、实验教师缺乏、实践教学考核方法不合理等。在此基础上提出了加强实践教学的建议:思想上高度重视,改善校内外实习条件,加大实训项目开发力度,加强实践课程建设、构建科学合理的课程体系。
Based on the importance of practice teaching for cultivating applied undergraduate financial management professionals, this paper analyzes the problems existing in practical teaching of applied finance undergraduates majoring in ideology, neglecting experimental conditions, lagging construction of practical teaching courses, practice teaching The content is not reasonable, the lack of experimental teachers, practice teaching assessment method is not reasonable. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the practical teaching: attaching great importance to ideology, improving the internship conditions both inside and outside the school, increasing the development of practical training programs, strengthening the practice of curriculum construction, and building a scientific and reasonable curriculum system.
