各地级以上市劳动保障局(劳动局、社保局)现将劳动保障部培训就业司《关于对参加“2003年高职院校职业资格培训工程”毕业生开展职业指导的意见》(劳社培就司函[2003]127号)和《关于下发大学生就业服务指南(大纲)的通知》(劳社培就司函[2003]128号)转发给你们,同时提出以下几点要求,请一并贯彻执行。一、各地公共就业服务机构要设立大学毕业生职业指导窗口,根据不同对象的实际情况,开展具体的、有效的职业指导。二、对有创业愿望的大学毕业生,要对其进行具体的创业指导,推荐参加创业培训,并做好后续跟踪服务工作。
