采用自制的平面应变压缩试验装置,对生产现场采集的5种铝合金进行了压缩试验,测定了冷变形条件下的流动应力,分析了各种变形条件对流动应力的影响.通过对8种结构形式流动应力数学模型的回归和分析比较,获得了结构简单、计算精度高、适合于现场计算机在线控制的数学模型.
The self-made plane strain compression test device was used to compress the five kinds of aluminum alloys collected at the production site. The flow stress under cold deformation was measured and the influence of various deformation conditions on the flow stress was analyzed. Through the regression and analysis of eight kinds of structural flow stress mathematical models, the mathematical model with simple structure, high precision and suitable for on-line computer on-site control was obtained.
