利用聚类分析方法将早熟恢复系 4 0 2的 5 3个体培后代测交F1分为 5类。方差分析表明 :各类F1不仅主要农艺性状间有较大差异 ,而且播始天数、结实率和千粒重 3个性状均值均极显著低于亲本测交F1,除IV类外 ,其余各类单株粒重均值极显著高于亲本测交F1。相关分析结果 ,体培后代测交F1的单株有效穗、实粒数及着粒数 3个性状与单株粒重呈显著或极显著正相关。该文还讨论了体培后代测交F1的筛选方法
Using cluster analysis method, the F1 progenies of 5 3 early-maturity restorer lines were divided into 5 groups. Analysis of variance showed that F1 not only had major differences among main agronomic traits, but also had significantly lower mean values of days of sowing, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight per gram. The mean value of grain weight was significantly higher than that of F1. Correlation analysis showed that there were significant or highly significant positive correlations between three traits per plant, the number of true grains and the number of grain per plant of F1 hybrids detected in vitro.
