目的探讨糖尿病性眼肌瘫痪患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平和血液流变学的变化。方法将大良医院2013年10月至2014年10月期间收治的60例糖尿病性眼肌瘫痪患者作为眼肌瘫痪组,同期选择60例单纯糖尿病患者及60例健康查体者作为单纯糖尿病组和正常组,测定三组受试对象血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂(TC、TG、HDL、LDL)水平及血液流变学变化,记录检测结果并进行统计学对比。结果血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TC、TG、LDL水平眼肌瘫痪组最高,单纯糖尿病组次之,正常组最低,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL水平正常组最高,单纯糖尿病组次之,眼肌瘫痪组最低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全血黏度眼肌瘫痪组最高,单纯糖尿病组次之,正常组最低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性眼肌瘫痪患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显增高,血脂代谢及血液流变学较正常水平有较大差异,血糖代谢异常是造成血脂、血液流变学改变的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids and hemorheology in patients with diabetic ocular muscle paralysis. Methods Diabetic patients with ocular muscle paralysis were treated in Daliang Hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. 60 diabetics and 60 healthy diabetics were selected as the sole diabetic group and normal The levels of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL, LDL) and blood rheology were measured in three groups. The test results were recorded and compared statistically. Results The levels of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, TC, TG and LDL were the highest in oculomotor paralysis group, the lowest in normal group and the lowest in normal group (P <0.05). The HDL level was the highest in normal group Diabetic patients were the second, the lowest in ocular muscle paralysis group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the whole blood viscosity in oculomotor paralysis group was the highest, followed by simple diabetic group and normal group, with statistical difference Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with diabetic ocular paralysis have significantly higher blood glucose and hemoglobin A1c, blood lipid metabolism and blood rheology than the normal levels are quite different, abnormal glucose metabolism is an important factor in the changes of blood lipids and blood rheology.
