中国古代的皇宫大都是地处都市的中央,面南背北,气势恢宏,象征着皇权的至高无上和专制统治;在一些农村,人们建造房屋之前喜欢先找“风水先生”观察指点一番,以选择一个“风水”比较好的位置。举出这两个例子笔者别无用心,意在说明国人对建筑物的位置观还是挺强的。建筑物的位置往往会与人们的日常生活观念乃至整个社会观念联系在一起。这不禁让笔者联想到了司法体制改革。

Citing these two examples, the author has no intention to show that the position of people on the building is still quite strong. The location of buildings often associated with people’s daily life concepts and even the entire social concept. This can not help but make the author think of the judicial system reform.
