With the rapid and successful expansion of fast-fashion brands in China and around the world, they have shown that “they are not headed by a company headquarters, they are store-centric, and the manager is the protagonist of the company.” Business ideas have gradually become fast fashion industry and most large-scale chain-mode business management philosophy.
