教学是教育者与被教育者心理接触的过程,良好的师生关系是教师教学成功的前提,是学生学习成功的关键。教师在教学工作中的态度和蔼可亲、平易近人,学生才有可能敢于同我们交流,才有可能变得平等、互尊、互爱,课堂气氛才会民主、愉快、和谐,学生也才会亲其师而信其道,从而积极主动地参与到教学活动中去。多年的音乐教学,使我深深地体会到:师生之间的情感交流在音乐课堂教学中起着积极的重要作用。
Teaching is the process of psychological contact between the educator and the educated. A good teacher-student relationship is the prerequisite for the success of the teacher’s teaching and the key to the success of the student’s learning. Teachers’ attitudes in teaching work are affable and approachable. Students are likely to dare to communicate with us before they are likely to become equal, respectful and affectionate. The atmosphere of the classroom will be democratic, pleasant and harmonious, and the students will also be pro-teachers. We believe in this and actively participate in teaching activities. For many years of music teaching, I deeply realized that the emotional communication between teachers and students plays an active and important role in music classroom teaching.
