为明确75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇水分散粒剂对黄瓜植株的安全性,采用浸种及茎叶喷雾处理的方法测定其对不同生长时期黄瓜植株的影响,并在田间进行防治炭疽病的药效试验,综合评价肟菌酯.戊唑醇对黄瓜炭疽病的防治效果。结果表明,肟菌酯.戊唑醇浸种对炭疽病的发生具有较好的预防效果,对黄瓜株高和根长的抑制率、茎周增长率与已唑醇相比均较低;肟菌酯.戊唑醇60 mg/L处理在幼苗期和开花期施药对黄瓜株高的抑制率分别为16.24%和4.66%,显著低于已唑醇;肟菌酯.戊唑醇对黄瓜炭疽病的田间防治效果为72.93%~84.97%,与己唑醇防效相当,明显高于阿米西达。说明肟菌酯.戊唑醇对黄瓜生长安全且对炭疽病有较好的防治效果,是防治炭疽病的较好轮换药剂。
