肖肖尼(shoshoni)是由薄壳山核桃品种Odom和Evers杂交育成。坚果短椭圆形,平均单果重7.94 g;果顶钝尖,果基圆;种仁棕黄色,风味香甜,出仁率55.00%,粗脂肪含量73.90%,其中油酸含量80.76%、亚油酸含量10.76%、棕榈酸含量4.61%。在江苏省南京市,坚果于10月上中旬成熟,属于早熟品种。2012年11月通过江苏省林木品种审定委员会认定。
Shoshoni is a cross-breed made from the pecan varieties Odom and Evers. Nuts were short oval with the average fruit weight of 7.94 g; the fruit top was blunt, the fruit base was round; the kernel was brownish yellow, the flavor was sweet, the kernel rate was 55.00%, the crude fat content was 73.90%, oleic acid content was 80.76% Content of 10.76%, palmitic acid content of 4.61%. In Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, nuts mature in mid-October and are early-maturing varieties. November 2012 through the Jiangsu Provincial Forest Variety Certification Committee finds.
