通过对引起边板变形的结构原因、工艺原因、限制变形措施的分析，提出了改变工艺方法，改进焊接工艺，增加简易工装，使变形基本得到了控制。
Through the analysis of the structural causes, the process reasons and the limit deformation measures which caused the deformation of the edge plate, the paper proposed the change of the process method, the improvement of the welding process and the increase of the simple tooling so as to control the deformation fundamentally.
