本文用二抗-PEG法测定缺铁性贫血患者血清、尿液和唾液中SIgA含量的变化,以探讨缺铁和B淋巴细胞功能的关系。 材料和方法 一、测定对象:40例健康人,年龄23~24岁,男女各半测定血清SIgA,其中30例测尿液和唾液中SIgA,作为正常值对照。30例缺铁性贫血患者男性8例,女性22例,年龄15~26岁。 二、检测方法:采用中科院原子能所提供的二抗—PEG法标准药盒,放射免疫法同时测定三种体液标本。
In this paper, the change of SIgA in serum, urine and saliva of patients with iron deficiency anemia was measured by the second antibody-PEG method to explore the relationship between the iron deficiency and the function of B lymphocytes. Materials and methods First, the determination of objects: 40 healthy people, aged 23 to 24 years old, half male and female serum SIgA determination, of which 30 cases of urine and saliva SIgA, as a normal control. Thirty cases of iron deficiency anemia in 8 males and 22 females, aged 15 to 26 years. Second, the test method: using the Chinese Academy of Sciences atomic energy provided by the two anti-PEG standard kit, radioimmunoassay simultaneous determination of three kinds of fluid specimens.
