目的对某拉链生产项目产生的职业病危害因素的种类和程度进行识别和判断,分析和评价职业病危害防护措施及效果。方法根据现行有效法律法规和标准规范的要求,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法,对该项目进行评价。结果该企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮、正己烷、异丙醇、氨、氰化物、氢氧化钠)、粉尘(其他粉尘)、噪声;检测结果:化学毒物、粉尘浓度均符合国家职业接触限值要求,噪声存在超标现象,合格率为58%。结论该建设项目职业病危害风险定性为较重项目,在确保各类职业病防护设施正常有效运行情况下,并落实控评报告补充措施和建议情况下,该建设项目职业病危害控制措施是可行的。
Objective To identify and judge the types and degree of occupational hazards caused by a zipper production project and to analyze and evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational hazards. Methods According to the current valid laws, regulations and standards, the project was evaluated by methods such as occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist analysis. Results There were chemical hazards (benzene, toluene, xylene, cyclohexanone, n-hexane, isopropanol, ammonia, cyanide and sodium hydroxide), dust (other dust) Noise; test results: chemical poisons, dust concentration are in line with national occupational exposure limits, there is excessive noise, the passing rate of 58%. Conclusion The risk of occupational hazards in the construction project is classified as heavier. Under the condition of ensuring the normal and effective operation of various occupational disease prevention facilities and implementing the supplementary measures and suggestions of the evaluation report, the control measures of occupational hazards of the construction project are feasible.
