沅水流域全水系水能总蕴藏量794万kW,其中湖南省境内538万 kW。干流规划建设15个梯级电站,装机容量390万 kW,年发电量167亿 kW·h。其中湖南境内由五凌公司开发的10个梯级电站装机容量254万 kW,年发电量125亿 kW·h,开发前景广阔。由于水利水电工程规模大、工期长、地形地质条件复杂、施工难度大,故在水电概算中单列一笔特殊技术装备补贴费,由建设单位掌握统筹使用。
Yuanshui watershed total water reserves of 7.94 million kW of water, of which 5380000 kW in Hunan Province. The main stream plans to build 15 cascade hydropower stations with an installed capacity of 3.9 million kW and an annual generating capacity of 16.7 billion kW · h. Among them, the installed capacity of 10 cascade hydropower stations developed by Wu Ling Company in Hunan Province is 2.54 million kW, with an annual generating capacity of 12.5 billion kW · h and a promising prospect for development. As large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects, long duration, complex topographic and geological conditions, construction is difficult, so in the hydropower budget alone a special technical equipment allowance, the construction unit to grasp the overall use.
