根据攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂LF生产工艺,分析了影响LF脱硫效率的主要因素。钢包渣的碱度、氧化性和曼内斯曼指数以及处理过程的吹氩搅拌均对脱硫有较大影响。采用还原剂降低钢包渣氧化性、提高精炼渣碱度以及合理控制渣中Al2O3含量等措施,可提高LF精炼过程的脱硫能力。在生产管坯钢时,LF过程脱硫率达到65%以上,并形成了批量生产w(S)≤0.003%的低硫钢的能力。
According to the LF production process of vanadium steel mill from Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the main factors affecting the efficiency of LF desulfurization were analyzed. The basicity, oxidizability and Mannesmann index of the ladle slag and the argon blowing agitation in the treatment process all have a great influence on the desulfurization. Reducing the oxidizability of the ladle slag, improving the basicity of the refining slag and controlling the Al2O3 content in the slag reasonably can improve the desulfurization ability of the LF refining process. In the production of steel, LF desulfurization rate reached 65%, and the formation of mass production of w (S) ≤ 0.003% of the capacity of low-sulfur steel.
