近年来,我省种植的平菇面积迅速在扩大,裁培期也越来越长,至使病虫害的种类日趋增多,危害亦越来越重,其中威胁较大的是杂菌污染问题.为了探讨平菇高产优质的栽培技术,有效地控制杂菌污染,我所于1986至1987年先后在高温(外界气温31.5~38.5℃)条件下进行了平菇防杂菌污染试验,现将初步结果简报如下:(一)试验材料供试菌种为佛罗里达平菇.母种培养基为PDA,二、三级种均为纯棉籽皮培养基。培养料为干燥、无霉变的纯棉籽皮。栽培容器为40×26×0.025cm 的聚乙烯塑料袋。(二)试验方法每袋装干料1000克,于7月20和21日播种,每个处理5袋,2次重复,一组置27~34℃的地上室培养,另一组置19~21.5℃的地下室培养。栽培袋均单层排放,菌丝长满袋后移入半地下棚内出菇。

To explore the high-yielding and high-quality cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus and to effectively control the contamination of miscellaneous bacteria. The experiment of anti-bacterial contamination of Pleurotus ostreatus has been carried out in our country from 1986 to 1987 at high temperature (ambient temperature 31.5 ~ 38.5 ℃) The briefing is as follows: (a) The test material for the test species is Pleurotus ostreatus L. The mother’s medium is PDA, and the second and third grades are pure cotton seed culture medium. Culture material is dry, mildew-free cotton seed skin. The cultivation container is a 40 × 26 × 0.025 cm polyethylene plastic bag. (B) Test Method Each bag of dry material 1000 grams, sown on July 20 and 21, each processing 5 bags, 2 repetitions, a set of 27 ~ 34 ℃ ground studio culture, the other set of 19 ~ 21.5 ℃ basement culture. Cultivation bags were single-layer emissions, mycelium covered with bags moved into the semi-underground shed fruiting.
