我国现行的水资源征收标准,是水资源管理体制和水价改革不断深化的产物。分析和研究我国现行水资源征收标准现状,对于科学合理地制定水资源征收标准,进一步深化水价改革具有重要的意义。
The current standard of water resources collection in our country is a product of deepening water resources management system and water price reform. Analyzing and studying the status quo of the current water resources collection standards in our country is of great significance to formulate the water resources collection standards scientifically and rationally and to further deepen the water price reform.
