根据卫生部药品不良反应监测中心报告,我国每年约有19.2万人死于药物不良反应。因此药源性疾病尤其是药物性肾功能不全日趋严重的情况应引起临床工作者的高度重视。我院于1999年10月～9月住院病人中出现26例β-七叶皂甙钠(武汉爱民制药厂)与庆大霉素并用致急性肾功能不全的病例,现分析如下。
