文章论述了当前进行企业经营机制转换的必要性和紧迫性。指出旧体制严重阻碍了我国社会生产力的发展。作者认为,单纯地转换企业经营机制,在经济体制范围内谈改革,已不适应形势发展,而必须配之以政治体制改革的同步进行,这是我国生产力发展的客观要求。
The article discusses the necessity and urgency of the current conversion of business operation mechanism. Pointing out that the old system seriously hindered the development of social productive forces in our country. The author believes that to simply change the mechanism of business operation and to talk about reform within the framework of the economic system is no longer suitable for the development of the situation and must be accompanied by the simultaneous reform of the political system. This is an objective requirement for the development of productive forces in our country.
