高性能混凝土为公路工程建设中重要的材料之一,但工程实践中对其性能的认识及生产技术把握仍存在一定问题。本文对高性能混凝土的性能及重要特征指标进行剖析,并结合研究经历重点对高性能混凝土的配合比设计原则,原材料管理,拌制技术,工作性检验、振捣技术及养护措施等施工工艺进行总结,给出高性能混凝土生产的整个工艺流程。为其在公路工程中的应用提供借鉴。
High-performance concrete is one of the most important materials in the construction of highway projects. However, there are still some problems in engineering practice in understanding its performance and grasping the production technology.
