为解决隧道道面铺装沥青混合料时沥青烟气过大的问题,采用温拌混合料技术是一条有效途径。通过室内混合料设计及性能检验,基于表面活性剂的温拌沥青混合料在有效降低混合料温度的同时仍然保持了良好的性能,可满足现行规范要求并可达到相应热拌沥青混合料的性能要求。在隧道内摊铺温拌混合料时,排放出的沥青烟气大大减少;工后检测表明,温拌沥青混合料路面质量可满足规范要求。
In order to solve the problem of too much bituminous flue gas when paving asphalt mixture in the tunnel pavement, it is an effective way to adopt the warm mix material technology.
