在过去几年间,黄宇兴的作品一直线性的发生变化,无论从画面或主题上。从他早期在星空间里展出的《锁孔》那批作品之后,在一段时间里,留给公众的印象大多是充满着情感性质疑名字下,色调灰暗的作品。其后,随着黄宇兴生活中一些个人事件或公共事件的影响,他的作品发生了变化。很明显的表征是画面上的,大面积色彩的涌入;而在“锁孔”中曾经出现的细致窥视似乎隐退了。所谓的细节被粗凛的线条更改。迄今,黄宇兴的关注点已从对私隐、性以及封闭空间,渐渐拓展至比较公共和共性的对话空间,作
In the past few years, Huang’s works have been changing linearly, no matter from the picture or the subject. After the “keyhole” works he exhibited early in the space of stars, most of the impressions left to the public for some time were mostly dark-colored works full of emotive quirks. Since then, his works have changed as a result of some personal or public events in Huang’s life. The apparent characterization is the influx of large areas of color on the screen; the detailed peeks that once appeared in the “keyhole” seem to recede.
