目的:探讨细菌性阴道病采用消糜阴道泡腾片与甲硝唑片联合治疗的临床效果。方法:本次共选择100例细菌性阴道病患者作研究对象,均为我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,就甲硝唑片单独应用(对照组,n=50)与联合消糜阴道泡腾片(观察组,n=50)效果进行比较。结果:观察组选取病例总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组80%;观察组复发率为6%,明显低于对照组26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细菌性阴道病采用消糜阴道泡腾片与甲硝唑片联合治疗,可显著改善预后,降低复发率,提高患者生存质量,具有非常积极的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of vaginitis vaginal effervescent tablets and metronidazole tablets on bacterial vaginosis.
