随着建筑行业的发展,建筑工程的数量日益增多,而建筑工程普遍存在周期长,施工量大的特点,因此应加强建筑施工过程中的管理。技术经济分析是指在建筑施工中运用技术和经济相结合的方法管理施工进程,以便于更好地处理可能出现的问题。本文着重探讨技术经济分析在建筑施工管理过程中的意义。
With the development of the construction industry, the number of construction projects is increasing day by day, while the construction projects generally have the characteristics of long cycle and large construction volume. Therefore, the management in the construction process should be strengthened. Technical and economic analysis refers to the use of technology in construction and economic management combined with the method of construction management process in order to better deal with possible problems. This article focuses on the significance of technical and economic analysis in the process of building construction management.
