本文从自身的体验出发,通过分析目前中职学校教师的教学状态、教学策略及精神面貌等现状,从多个方面阐述了如何才能实现更有效的课堂教学,希望能从教师自身方面出发,由内在改变到外在表现,形成自己的有效教学模式和教学策略,养成积极、健康的精神状态,从而达到提高中职学校课堂教学的效能。
Based on the current situation of teaching status, teaching strategies and mental outlook of current teachers in vocational schools, this article elaborates on how to achieve more effective classroom teaching from many aspects. It is hoped that starting from teachers’ Internal change to external performance, form their own effective teaching model and teaching strategies, develop a positive and healthy state of mind, so as to achieve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.
