Through a typical survey of Shanghai’s tertiary hospitals, secondary (prefecture) center hospitals, street hospitals, and township hospitals, the medical staff’s understanding of hospital responsiveness was examined. Responsive parts ranked in order of importance as the top three places for dignity, autonomy and confidentiality. Gender, age, education, and even job title may all affect the perception of responsiveness. The vast majority of medical personnel believe that the hospital is very responsive and good, with a total response score of 8.2 4 7 , which is much higher than the response score of the population. The evaluation of self-responsiveness by medical staff in Shanghai is better, and it also shows that medical personnel pay attention to the patient’s responsiveness and achieved good results.
