财政资金是国家社会资金的主导,是国家进行各项活动的财力保证,是国家履行职能的物质基础。用好财政资金,既是促进社会主义市场经济发展的迫切要求,也是有效发挥财政职能促进经济社会科学发展的必要条件。本文就如何增强防腐意识提高财政资金服务科学发展的对策进行论述。
Financial capital is the dominant social capital of the state, is the financial guarantee for the state to carry out various activities, is the material basis for the country to perform its functions. Making good use of financial funds is not only the urgent requirement for promoting the development of the socialist market economy, but also the necessary condition for effectively giving full play to the financial functions and promoting economic and social sciences development.
