提出了一种处理成品油库含油污水COD的新技术,以二氧化氯为氧化剂、自制的Fe-Cu/AC催化剂进行催化反应实验,研究了二氧化氯对含油废水处理的影响因素。结果表明,当二氧化氯投加量为400 mg/L、pH=5.5、停留时间为90 min时,COD去除率可达80%~90%。后续加上生化单元或者活性炭吸附单元可以解决成品油库含油污水处理COD不达标的问题。
A new technology was put forward to deal with the COD of the oily wastewater in the finished oil depot. The experiment was carried out on the Fe-Cu / AC catalyst with chlorine dioxide as the oxidant and the influence factors of the chlorine dioxide treatment on oily wastewater. The results showed that when the dosage of chlorine dioxide was 400 mg / L, pH = 5.5 and residence time was 90 min, COD removal efficiency could reach 80% -90%. Subsequent addition of biochemical units or activated carbon adsorption unit can solve the problem of substandard COD in the finished oil depot oily wastewater treatment.
