The accumulation kinetics and recovery kinetics of Hsp60 gene in brain, heart, liver, spleen and kidney of rats were studied. At the same time, it was found that the body temperature changes of rats and other isothermal animals with four phases Rising period, slow rising period, slowly decreasing period and rising period). Accumulation of kinetic studies found that different organs of rats Hsp60 expression has the following rules: Hsp60 brain tissue showed rapid increase within 15min and then rapidly decreased and stabilized at a very low level; heart and kidney tissue, Hsp60 showed Hsp60 also showed a slowly increasing within 60min and then slowly decreasing; in the liver tissue, Hsp60 presented in the liver tissue The cumulative amount of stress in the stress group were lower than the control group and showed a 45min heat stress increased and then decreased slowly. In the study of recovery kinetics, we found: (1) In the brain tissue, the content of Hsp60 showed an increasing trend during the recovery period of 10h (the highest value recovered at 10h, which was about 4 times of the control group), then decreased slightly; (2) , The changes of Hsp60 in liver and spleen tissues all showed a trend of decreasing gradually within 4h and then increasing slowly, reaching the maximum value at 10h, 8h and 10h respectively. There was also a similar phenomenon in Hsp60 content in the kidney (slow decrease within 6h and then fast Rise and reached the maximum value at about 10h after recovery), the main difference is that the change range is small within 8h before recovery; (3)
