利用腹腔镜早期确诊，于异位妊娠局部注射小剂量氨甲喋呤，同时口服中药活络效灵丹为主方加减，配合外用定痛膏及子宫丸，即解决中药杀胚胎力量不足的缺，或，又充分发挥中药化瘀消，协助杀胚之长处。治疗组成功率（１００％）与中药组（７８．２６％）相比，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。成功病例中两组相比，治疗组平均每日血ｈＣＧ下降快（Ｐ＜０．００５），平均腹痛消失时间及住院日缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本疗法为最大限度保留生殖机能的新方法。
