如何搞好当前和今后一个时期我省的水利工作,要讲三句话:一叫抓机遇、二叫抓重点、三叫抓当前。 一、抓机遇。我省水利发展面临的两个大机遇必须紧紧抓住不放。一个是’98大水后,国家继续实施积极的财政政策;一个是振兴东北老工业基地战略,加大城市基础设施建设投入。我们要抓住这次机遇,促进水利工作快发展、大发展。
How to do a good job in current and future period of our province’s water conservancy work, to say three sentences: one is to seize the opportunity, the second is to grasp the key points, the third is to grasp the current. First, grasp the opportunity. Two major opportunities for water conservancy development in our province must be firmly grasped. One is the ’98 floods, the state continue to implement the proactive fiscal policy; one is to revitalize the northeast old industrial base strategy, increase investment in urban infrastructure construction. We must seize this opportunity to promote the rapid development and great development of water conservancy.
